- Why or Why not?
- it is important because you can recognize and value cultural differences, you can gain a more knowledgeable world view, and you can identify and appreciate different view points and be able to function in all of it.
- Do you agree that these are the only qualities in order to be globally competent?
- Why or Why not?
- I'm sure there are many more some one can think of but these are probably the only ones a writer can easily write about
- If you would add or subtract "Characters of the globally competent student" What would they be and why?
- If Just for the sake of adding one I would add tolerance and understanding because some people are very close minded about other cultures and so having tolerance for other opinions and cultures is important and understanding why the culture is what it is.
